Inqube Media is a performance marketing agency. We run paid media, build conversion pages and set up measurement for our clients, which means we think about data handling most days of the week. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, who we pass it to, and what you can ask us to do about it.
1. Who we are
Inqube Media operates this website and is responsible for the personal data described here. For anything in this policy, including requests about your data, write to rishabh@inqubemedia.com.
Where we run advertising campaigns on behalf of a client, that client decides what data is collected and why. In those cases we act on their instructions, and their privacy policy governs, not this one.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us directly, through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, company name, monthly media budget if you choose to share it, and whatever you write in the message field.
Information collected automatically when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, time on page, and general usage activity. Some of this is collected by the analytics and advertising tools described in section 4 rather than by us directly.
We do not ask for, and would rather you did not send us, any sensitive personal data through this website. If you need to share account access or client data during an engagement, we will agree a secure method with you first.
3. How we use your information
— To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call
— To prepare for that call, which may include reviewing publicly visible information about your business and its advertising
— To provide and improve our services during an engagement
— To understand how visitors use this website and which pages lead to enquiries
— To send you updates, but only if you have subscribed
We do not use enquiry form data to build advertising audiences, and we do not add people to our mailing list because they contacted us. Subscribing is a separate action you take yourself.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising tools
This website uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. The tools we use may include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta pixel. These set cookies and share data such as your IP address and browsing activity with the providers concerned, who process it under their own privacy policies.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not stop you using this site, though some measurement will no longer work.
5. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with other agencies.
We do share it with service providers who make this site and our operations work. These include our website host and form provider, our email and file storage provider, the spreadsheet where enquiries are logged, and the analytics and advertising providers named above. Each may only use the information for the purpose we have engaged them for.
We will also disclose information where the law requires it, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
6. Where your information is held
We are based in India and work with clients in India, the United States, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. Our service providers store data on servers in several countries, so your information may be transferred outside the country you are in. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place.
7. Data retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to twenty-four months, so that we have context if you come back to us, and then deleted.
Records relating to an actual engagement are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting and contractual obligations require.
Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
8. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. Access to client accounts and enquiry data is limited to the people working on the account.
No method of transmitting or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
9. Third-party links
This site links to other websites, including our clients and our own social profiles. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or their content, and we would encourage you to read their policies before sharing anything with them.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
— Ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it
— Have inaccurate information corrected
— Have your information deleted
— Object to or restrict how we process it
— Withdraw consent you previously gave, including for marketing emails
— Complain to your data protection authority
Write to rishabh@inqubemedia.com and we will respond within thirty days. We may need to verify who you are before acting on a request.
11. Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our tools or obligations change. The date at the top of this page tells you when it was last revised.
